
Win tickets to 2025 Africa Rising Music Conference in Johannesburg!
Music In Africa, in partnership with Africa Rising Music Conference (ARMC), is giving away one double VIP ticket to this year’s industry event, which will take place at Constitution Hill in Johannesburg, South Africa from 22 to 23 May.
- The competition runs from 07 May to 14 May at 12pm. The winner will be contacted on 9 May.
ARMC 2025 will feature a diverse line-up of influential speakers from across Africa and the global music industry. Among the key names announced are local artists Rethabile Khumalo, Jack Parow, Yvonne Chaka Chaka and Msaki, as well as Duma Collective founder Sibu Mabena.
How to enter
To stand a chance to win tickets for yourself and a friend, name two artists who will speak at ARMC 2025?
Submit your answer to hello@africarisingmusicconference.com with ‘ARMC 2025’ in the subject line of the email along with the following personal details:
- First name and surname
- Your designation in the music industry (e.g. artist, manager, distributor, publisher, A&R, even organiser, etc.)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Country of residence
- ID/passport number (this information will be kept confidential)

Competition rules
- The competition runs from 07 May to 14 May at 12pm.
- You can only enter the competition once. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
- To be eligible you have to complete all the required fields. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
- The winner will receive no more than one (1) double VIP admission ticket.
- This tickets will grant the winner access to the conference from on 22 to 23 May.
- The Music In Africa Foundation shall only offer the said tickets. Winners will have to provide their own transport to and from the event, arrange for their own accommodation and any other relevant expenses.
- For entrants outside of South Africa, this competition is only open to holders of a valid passport.
- Prizes are not transferable and are not negotiable.
- No prize shall be exchangeable for money.
- No employee or board member of the Music In Africa Foundation, ARMC, members of their immediate family or employees of partner organisations may enter.
- If a winner is unable to take up a prize for any reason, or if the Music In Africa Foundation/ARMC has not been able to contact the winner after making reasonable efforts, the Music In Africa Foundation reserves the right to award that prize (without notice to the first winner chosen) to an alternative winner, in which case the first winner chosen shall not be eligible for any share of the prize whatsoever. The Music In Africa Foundation shall not be liable in such eventuality.
- Automated entries, bulk entries or third-party entries will be disqualified.
- Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.
