Open call: 2025 Music Conference and Exhibition in SA

The event aims to strengthen connections within the music ecosystem by bringing together record labels, digital service providers, aggregators, platforms, network operators, publishers, and royalty collection agencies to showcase their services and engage with emerging talent.

Application process

Prospective participants are required to submit a motivational letter explaining why they wish to attend and outlining their music journey. Applications must include contact details and a photograph showing the applicant involved in community service or any form of social contribution.

First-time applicants will be prioritised to ensure broader access to the conference. In addition, applicants must follow the Black Coffee Foundation on all its social media platforms as part of the eligibility requirements.
