The project, which is available for streaming and download across major digital platforms, is an introspective project shaped by patience, resilience and artistic growth.
The record arrives with two new music videos, ‘Feel Me’ and ‘I Learned’, which expand the EP’s themes through cinematic storytelling. The collaboration brings together two rising voices from Nigeria and South Africa’s hip hop scenes. With Sabali, the duo continues to strengthen their place in a new wave of African rap.
The release marks a new chapter for both artists as they explore themes of struggle, elevation and self-belief through shared storytelling and sharply delivered verses.
Sabali, drawn from a West African word that signifies patience, traces the pair’s personal and creative journeys. The record captures the persistence needed to move forward in a competitive music landscape, blending emotional intensity with controlled lyrical craft.
To mark the launch, both artists have released two music videos that expand the spirit of the EP. ‘Feel Me’ explores hunger, pressure and determination through bold visual language, while ‘I Learned’ reflects on personal lessons, loss and the maturity that comes with experience. Both visuals highlight the chemistry between the duo and reinforce the project’s central themes.
S.O.L, known for his Nigerian rap roots and emotionally grounded style, made his official debut in 2022. His work often blends vulnerability with sharp delivery, a combination that has become his signature. Now based in Cape Town, he continues to develop a sound that bridges West African influence with South African energy.
Priddy Prince rose to prominence after winning the Sportscene talent competition, a moment that propelled him into the spotlight at age 21. His melodic style and charismatic presence have since shaped a steady rise in South Africa’s evolving rap scene. Collaborations with artists including BabyDaiz and Zlatan have further positioned him among the prominent young voices redefining the local hip hop scene.
