Rapstar Blunt

Real name Ronald Motlalepula Tsheisi, Rapstar Blunt is a South African musician based in Qwaqwa. His music career kicked-off as one of the founding members of South African music ensemble BFL (Bambanani Future Leaders Music). While with the group, Rapstar contributed to the release of their self-titled debut single 'The Reborn of June 16 ' (2015). He is credited for his thrilling vocal appearance, co-writing, composing and producing skills.

Rapstar later left the group to start a solo career. His maiden solo project was an independently released EP titled I'm the Reality. The project featured a song titled 'Siwelele' - a tribute to Bloemfontein Celtics.

In 2019, he released 058 Snow Mount EP under an independent label called SalThash Music and since then, he has been working with the label on a 5-track EP. From 2020, he has featured artists like Kgosi Meleke and Tlomza who inspired Rasptar to release his music on all digital platforms. In 2021 he became the first brand ambassador of the Hake Motho Fela Clothing Brand. His latest single 'Askies Im Sorry" ft SbudaP was released in 2023
