Open call: Feedback on draft Music and Audiovisual Tariffs 2025–2028
The Performing and Audio-Visual Rights Society of Kenya (PAVRISK) and KAMP Copyright and Related Rights Limited, both licensed by the Kenya Copyright Board, are inviting the public, industry stakeholders, and users of copyrighted works to review and comment on the proposed Consolidated Music and Audiovisual Tariffs for the 2025–2028 licensing period.
- Failure to take part in the consultation will not prevent the approved tariffs from being applied once they come into effect.
The draft tariffs are available here. Members of the public can submit written feedback or take part in the upcoming Public Tariff Negotiation Forum, which will be held on 27 August 2025, from 8.30am at the KECOBO Auditorium, SHA Building, Upper Hill, Nairobi.
Comments may be submitted by email to tariff2025-2028@pavrisk.or.ke, delivered in person to the PAVRISK offices at Starwood Apartments, Block A, Suite 8, Argwings Kodhek Road, or shared directly during the public forum.
PAVRISK notes that failure to take part in the consultation will not prevent the approved tariffs from being applied once they come into effect.
