Call for scores: Classical Commission programme in the US

The call is open to all composers without restrictions and artist have until 22 August to submit their scores.

Requirements

• A composer can be of any age and nationality, or point in their career, working in any style.

Instrumentation

• CreArtBox is an open ensemble with a core ensemble of flute, clarinet, violin, cello, and piano.
• Composers should explore past performances via the CreArtBox's website.
• Composers are welcome to submit pieces of any instrumentation. Any chamber music ensemble will be considered.
• It is highly encouraged to indicate (where possible) if the piece could be arranged to be played with other instrumentation. This will give the piece a bigger chance to be programmed.

Length

• The recommended length is five to 15 minutes. Composers are encouraged to submit a large work, as it might lead to other projects.
• Works may incorporate electronics and/or video.
