Call for auditions: Amazing Voices singing competition

The Africa-wide singing competition will run in Kenya, Ghana, South Africa and Zimbabwe for 13 weeks until 5 April 2020.

Auditions will take place in various African cities, including Mombasa, Nairobi, Bulawayo, Harare, Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg. The Ghana auditions took place last week.

The selected participants from each country will be required to form a group to showcase their talent across three genres: gospel, pop and R&B. The winning group will take home $100 000. 

The reality show will air on DStv and GOtv on Maisha Magic, Mzansi Magic, Mzansi Wethu, Africa Magic, Maisha Magic East and Zambezi Magic.

• 11 & 12.10: UAP Old Mutual Offices, Upper Hill, Nairobi (Kenya).
• 15.10. City Hall, Bulawayo (Zimbabwe).
• 18.10. Monomoapa Hotel, Harare(Zimbabwe).
• 22.10. Old Mutual Pinelands, Cape Town (South Africa).
• 25.10. The Playhouse, Durban (South Africa).
• 28.10. AMPD Studios, Johannesburg (South Africa).
