Call for applications: Talku Talku grant for Nigerian creatives
Nigeria-based creatives can now apply for the first-quarter release of the 2022 Talku Talku Creative Grant.
Talku Talku empowers multidisciplinary creative storytellers who leverage the power of digital media technology to create immersive experiences for various audiences while opening channels for thought, resonance and call to action.
The grant is being rolled out in partnership with record label Incredible Music, the TASCK agency, and digital company The Newspaper Stand.
Rapper and entrepreneur MI Abaga has been named as an ambassador and judge for the grant this year.
The initiative provides a channel for upcoming and underserved Nigerian creatives to access much-needed resources to enhance their journey. The programme will see four emerging creatives receive $1 000 every quarter, with the goal of enhancing their craft.
