DJ Jesse

Jesse James Amara also known as DJ jesse or Jam Master Jesse, is a Sierra Leonean disc jockey, Radio Producer, Radio Presenter & Sound Editor. He was born in Freetown to Sierra Leonenean parents.

DJ Jesse, started his professional disc jockey career in1997 by performing at various night clubs. In the 1998/99 edition of the Sierra Leone Entertainment Awards DJ Jesse won the award for Best DJ. In 2007 he became the resident DJ and Chief Executive Officer of Choice Fm 93.5, Sierra Leone.

Jesse has also been part of major musical events in the Country, such as the Afro Beats 360 show, Sierra Leone National Music Awards, National Campaign Against Violence, etc.
