Beebu hails from Iwo, Osun State, and was born and raised in Ibadan, Oyo State. Drawing inspiration from the rhythm and lyrical ingenuity of Fuji music, and global Hip Hop culture, Beebu has cultivated a style uniquely his own. He fuses raw Fuji vocal textures with any instrumental that resonates with him, creating a bold and boundless sound.

His artistry is a compelling reflection of real-life experiences, cultural heritage, and a progressive vision for African music. In 2020, Beebu appeared on Soundcity TV and ONTV nationwide during the Goldberg Ariya Repete Show. He collaborated with Alhaji Tiri Leather on the track "Journey Mi", signed a catalog deal with Selected Society Group (an indie label headquartered in Paraguay), was verified on Spotify in 2023, and in 2024, he became a verified Boomplay artist.
