Bio
Box of Beats KE is a band from Nairobi, Kenya founded in 2016 by Checkmate Mido and guitarist Kevin Munyi.
Their music is a mixture of funk, hip hop, jazz and classical. In 2017, the group signed to a Nairobi based record label called ADA Creative.
They have performed at the following events: Impact Hub (Kigali, Rwanda, ADA Creative Showcase, VibeTribe, Backyard Bass @ The Alchemist and the Kelele Festival: Noise on The Nile in Uganda.
