Call for applications: Mixing and mastering engineer in Nigeria

The successful candidate, who should have experience working with audio electronics and computers, will work as an assistant engineer at the recording studio – recording, mixing and editing sound or music. 

Qualification

Interested professionals must:

• Reside in Lagos, Nigeria.
• Have an educational background of a minimum of O Level. 
• Possess a minimum of one year of experience in mixing and mastering.
• Be able to operate digital audio workstations including Cubase, Studio One, Logic Pro or Pro Tools.
• Be able to assist and take instructions from the head mixing and mastering engineer/CEO.
• Have excellent hearing and manual dexterity.
• Possess the ability to maintain high confidentiality in relation to projects and the company. 
• Be smart, hardworking and trustworthy.
• Be able to work under minimum supervision.
• Have the ability to prioritise and multitask. 
• Have the ability to stay focused for an extended period of time. 
• Be a good team player with excellent communication skills. 
• Be creative and pay attention to detail. 
• Possess problem-solving abilities. 
• Have the ability to maintain technical equipment used in the studio.
