SHE

SHE, who also goes by the name Lady Harriet (born Harriet Tjipueja) is a Namibian R&B and soul singer. Her name, is an acronym and stands for "See Her Empowered" which is a reflection of what her music promotes: female empowerment. Her voice has been described as honeyed and soulful and she sings in English and her mother tongue, Otjiherero.

SHE has been performing since the age of 10 starting with singing competitions, talent shows, and the school choir and has been inspired by RNB artists, namely, Marvin Gaye, Toni Braxton, Destiny’s Child, and Floetry. She has built a strong reputation as a live singer, frequently performing at notable Namibian venues like the former Warehouse Theatre and the Kalahari Coffee and Jazz Café. She has collaborated with several Namibian artists and producers, including the duo Paradox, rapper JBlack, producer Devitchi, lyricist Raffy, and her brother, Waters

With her distinctive sound and meaningful lyrics, SHE is able to emit perfection, not just in the studio, but in her live performances as well.
