Nicole Schulze

Nicole Schulze is the Secretary General of IMPF, the global trade body for independent music publishers. She works closely with the IMPF Board and membership—as well as creators, CMOs, and policymakers—to promote a global environment in which independent music publishing can thrive.

With two decades of experience in the creative sector, Nicole has held leadership roles across advocacy and policy. She previously served as a Director at AEPO-ARTIS, the EU representative body for performers’ CMOs, where she advanced performers’ rights at European level. Before joining IMPF, she was IP Policy Lead for Europe at Meta, focusing on copyright, licensing, and platform policy.
