Bio
naitwa.evodius is a guitarist, vocalist, and Afro‑Fusion artist from Bagamoyo, Tanzania. His sound blends Afrofusion, Reggae, Jazz and Poetry in both Swahili and English. He uses live looping on stage and sometimes performs solo or with a Band, creating full arrangements in real time;
Beyond his solo work, naitwa.evodius has also contributed as a guitarist and backing vocalist for renowned East African artists such as ChudoMaster & The Litungu Blues, Hussein Masimbi, Vitali Maembe, Sauti Marley, SinaUbi Zawose and the Magomamoto Theatre Group.
His music tells stories of healing, identity, and spirit, which led to "Stories To Heal" A Series of Home Concerts that aim at telling healing stories through Music and Art, since 2024
