Lawrence Khambule

Lawrence Khambule is a South African based gospel star with two albums (as of July 2016) titled 'Ukubonge' and 'Ngibong' Impilo'. Both albums were released under his own label Khambs Music. The talent and the love of music emanates from the family. His father was an unprofessional maskandi guitarist and his siblings were good vocalists and instrumentalists.

His love for music began when he wassix years old. he attended school at St Joseph Catholic Church at Amatikwe. His breakthrough materialised when he met Sibongiseni Shabalala of Ladysmith Black Mambazo and a leading member of the Maskandi Band who motivated him to continue pursuing his dreams and focus on his music career. The perseverance, dedication and focus resulted in the completion of his second album 'Ngibong’impilo'.
