Fanisi Band is a dynamic Afro-fusion group from Kenya that breathes new life into traditional sounds. With six talented musicians, the band fuses Mijikenda folk songs with jazz, neo-soul, and contemporary African styles to create a unique genre they call Dzagosha.
Their music tells stories of heritage, identity, and community while blending vibrant percussive rhythms, guitars, bass, keys, and soulful vocals. Each performance is more than entertainment: it is a cultural journey that connects modern audiences to Kenya’s rich traditions.
