Divine Tribe (D.T)

Divine Tribe (D.T) is a Zambian hip-hop outfit based in Lusaka whose ultimate goal is to spread the word of God through music. The three member group consists of Bornface Alton Mwanza, Taurai John Jaramba and Andre Phiri. They released their maiden album 'Kumwamba' in 2005. The group has musically matured to become a national wide influence and an established brand in the gospel music circles. They have another album titled 'Higher Grounds'. The project is a fusion of Zed and Naija elements. They have done collaborations with Kenya’s music heavy weight Kanji and the legendary Limit X from Uganda, popularly known for their hit song 'Malibongwe'. They have also worked with Kenya’s Emmy Kosgei. Back home, D.T. has collaborated with Matthew Ngosa, T.P, Aaron, Angie, DMK, Hezron “Hezijones” Ngosa and an amazing array of producers namely Raydo (Digital X Entertainment) Daxon and killa beats(K-Army) TK (Roma Side Studios) Big Bez (Sound Factory Entertainment) and NOX(Luchi Records) .
