Bio
Originally from Brunei , Alifchief’s music is a
fusion of African (afrobeat, desert blues,
Congolose rumba) and Nusantara music with
roots in rock and blues. His main prowess lies in
his guitar-playing to give an electrifying live
show while getting the audience to dance along.
Alifchief has performed in Brunei, France and
East Africa (Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda);
notable shows include a tour of six dates in
France in Paris and Brittany, Geco Cafe in
Nairobi,Kenya and World Music Day (fete de la
musique) 2023 in Kampala,Uganda
