ACCES Registration & Tickets

Important: ACCES has a day program (conference, exhibitions and networking at University of Pretoria on 30 and 31 October 2025) and an evening program (Showcase Festival at Tshwane on 31 October and 1 November). To attend the conference, register below and get a pass (free for all African delegates). To attend the Showcase Festival, buy a ticket using the instructions below. If you are an international delegate, you only need to register for the conference which will automatically allocate a showcase festival ticket to you.

Conference Pass

There are two options to register. Option 1 is recommended for all delegates because it makes you more visible and helps you connect with others through a Music In Africa account. If you're short on time, you can choose Option 2, a quick form that takes less than a minute to complete.
