Vaughn Ahrens

Vaughn Ahrens and his band consist of Namibian multi-instrumentalist Vaughn Ahrens, who is the frontman, lead guitarist, and producer/writer of all their music.

Raymond Mupfumira, who is also a talented multi-instrumentalist from Zimbabwe, is the bassist, keys player, and backing vocalist for the band.

And last, but not least, is South African Adam Brandon-Kirby, who is the extremely talented drummer and sound engineer for the band.

Vaughn Ahrens released his sophomore album on December 1, 2022. And a new EP that will be released in December 25, 2023. Something you won't expect at all.

The band's focus right now is to bring their music to the subsaharan market and they've already started by doing a tour of Cape Town in February 2023, another tour in Zimbabwe in March and a slot at Splashy Fen 2023 in April.They were called back to Zimbabwe to play at Miombo Magic in May and at multiple festivals in Namibia.

The Vaughn Ahrens Band is constantly evolving, and you’ll never get the same vibe from them twice.
The band plays a variety of pop fusion songs that have been tried and tested to make anyone on this side of the continent dance.
The band enjoys bringing a little piece of every place they’ve visited into their music, leaving you feeling like you’ve been on their road trips with them.
