Timoth Mayala
Bio
Timoth Mayala is a musician (Gospel Singer-Songwriter), ethnomusicologist and music tutor. He holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts degree in Music from the University of Dar es Salaam.
Timoth Mayala officially started to work as a music producer at TMcubic STUDIOS in 2023, whereby he is also the founder.
In 2024, Timoth Mayala's music career became active in the role of gospel singer-songwriter, after the release of his two songs: "Ni Mungu" & "Tembea Nami". He is also an instrumentalist majored in piano, bass guitar, and solo guitar.
Timoth Mayala has performed with several choirs as a tenor vocalist, including "The University of Dar es Salaam Choir (2020-2024)", "AFLEWO MASS CHOIR - 2024", and USCF - MLIMANI PRAISE AND WORSHIP TEAM - 2021".
In 2025, Timoth Mayala acted as a Judge for "UMITASHUMTA SANAA ZA MAONESHO (KWAYA AND NGOMA) COMPETITIONS" at district and regional level in MBEYA REGION.
