Journey Ramadhan

Journey Ramadhan is a cultural activist, employed as the Project Manager for Busara Promotions, a cultural NGO based in Zanzibar, Tanzania. He has worked with Busara since 2009, when he started as an Artists’ Liaison Coordinator.
Since then, he was upgraded to Sauti za Busara Festival Manager, where he oversees the smooth running of East Africa’s top live African music event. His responsibilities include supervising transport, accommodation and all logistics for festival artists, crew and guests, raising funds and in-kind support from local businesses, assisting with technical production and many more.
