EchoE ))) is a multidisciplinary contemporary artist working as a Sound designer, Dj ,visual expressionist, digital thinker and a beat maker. The nairobi based artist Dj loves to describe his musical style as "Wav surf" which is bending genres to create new experiences. Stamping his mark in the alternative nairobi music scene, the artist has been pushing musical boundaries through his original tracks, remixes and edits to give the EchoE bounce.

This is opening the statement from this young artist about what inspired the EP, the sound texture of the compilaton shifts the listeners to a new sound dimension of zilizopendwa to a personal narrative of the artist. The artist has constantly been reimagining the kenyan sound which resulted to the creation of "kabaka" which is a remix poised as an ode to the twist legend Daudi Kabaka.

EchoE's 2019 has been graceful enough, which started off steadily with his Monthly Podcast to being featured as the Artist of the Month on Sound Safari Article in May. He has had the chance to open for International Acts such Big Bear, Mix Master Lenny, LA. Dave, DJ Hypnotic, DJ Kace, Bengali Artist H. Dhami in his current Residency at The BlueDoor Club House Westlands. He was also nominated as the Alternative Dj of the year 2019 alongside Taio, DJ Jack Rooster, Coco- Em and DJ G.I in the Cafe Ngoma Awards held at Mary Leaky auditorium and featured in the interactive Cafe Ngoma Social Seven at Micheal Joseph Centre.

We've seen him release chilled out tracks this last quarter of the year in an EP named Olympics 2020 which he said " Am aiming to be the first African Artist DJ to perform in the glorious Stage" With his first track honouring the legend world record holder Mr Eliud Kipchoge sampling his Havard Speech and infusing his vibe with the powerful message.

First surfaced in the thing we call Internet with his debut Mixtape Series "Trapped in Nairobi" which was story narrated through Heavy Hip Hop beats and catchy Basslines Bounces and rhythms in 2014. He played the biggest Colour Festival in Eastern Africa in 2015.

In 2016 he became a Runner's Up in DJ competition organized with the aim to seek the best Underground DJ on the come up. I also had an online residency podcast at the Urban Contemporary Radio Station the What's Good Studio.
