Chacha Browns
Bio
Chacha Browns (born 4 October 1994) is a Tanzanian record producer, artist, and writer.
He first started his music journey in 2010 as a fifteen-year-old secondary school student at the School of St. Jude in Arusha, Tanzania when he performed in a school talent show competition with his co-performer Ntekaniwa Paul and emerged winners in the singing category.
His interest in music production began when he was introduced to FL Studio by his music teacher Mr Vencheslao Mgani in 2012 and had a chance to record vocals in the class session.
Outside of music, Chacha Browns is a scientist. He graduated from the University of Dar es Salaam in 2020. He is also a member of the Mbuyu Art Group, a film production company based in Arusha and Dar es Salaam.
