Dreick Maphosa

Derick Maphosa is a Zimbabwean gospel singer based in Manchester, the UK. He was born in 5 August 1973 in Masekela Brunapeg. He attended Ihlathi secondary school in Bulawayo. His interest in music was triggered by her mother who encouraged him to sing at an early age.

His debut album is ‘Touch Me Again’ which he launched in 2008. The album was well-received and thus earned him a house hold name in UK. In 2012, he released another album titled ‘Sovereign God’, a ten-track album fused with Southern African beats, calypso and reggae beats. He owns a music company called Derrmapmusic, a company that promotes, Market and distributes music and also promotes musicians too.
