Established in 1991. Objectives: to promote creation and development of cultural industries; to influence government (local and national) to take into account the cultural dimension of development; to contribute to the affirmation and enrichment of cultural identities and to promote multiculturalism; to facilitate participation in cultural life; to promote international cultural cooperation.
