Head Bangaz International, founded in 2004 is based in Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya. They have departments which deal with Audio Production, Events Planning and Management, Multimedia and Video production, and DJ's.

Head Bangaz International owns a hip-hop oriented studio. Although it is at the forefront in hip-hop, Head Bangaz International also deals with other genres of music.

Some of the artists signed to their label include: Ukoo Flani, Yvonne, Mzizi Mbaya, Sharamah, Grim, Shubba Clan and Bonna Fiend.

They have worked with well-known Kenyan artists such as Abbas Kubaff, Mau Mau, Nazizi, Jay Moe(Tanzania), Nako 2 Nako Soldiers, Kalamashaka, Texta (Austria) etc.

They have producers who have 6 - 8 years experience in hip-hop. The Executive Producer is Sydney Armstrong aka Dirty Damu, the Producer is Sarboah Bowier aka JayPreme.
Their DJ Unit is led by DJ Bob, a veteran DJ who has over 10 years experience, who is supported by DJ Bryo.
