Zimbini Makwetu

Babalwa Zimbini Makwetu, known professionally as Zimbini, is a highly acclaimed South African artist, celebrated for her work as a soundscape architect, original music designer/director, songwriter, singer, actress, and international performer. Born in Cofimvaba, Eastern Cape, Zimbini's artistic journey began to flourish after she achieved performer mastery at Magnet Theater in 2012. This milestone marked the beginning of her global odyssey, collaborating with diverse music producers, theatre companies, and directors as a sought-after freelancer.
