Work force Development Authority

Formation of Wda was inspired by the Country’s Vision 2020 where of the identified development pillars is the Human Resource Development (HRD). It is in this context that the GoR decided to establish Workforce Development Authority (WDA) which is an institutional framework to provide a strategic response to the skills development challenges facing the country across all sectors of the economy.

All technical skills courses and subjects were transfered from Rwanda Education Board to WDA among which music is inclusive, WDA plays a significant role in Music indiustry in the country byu designing the syllabus, settings exams and standards. Currently Ecole D'art De nyundo is under WDA and is improving music for may young peole among other talents.
