Wazobia FM

Wazobia FM is a Nigerian radio station. With branches around the country - Lagos, Port Harcourt, Kano, Abuja - it is the first pidgin English broadcast station. Its name is derived from a combination of the translation of the word 'come' in the country's main languages Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo respectively.

Established in 2007 in Lagos, before opening an office in the South-South state Port Harcourt, Wazobia FM attends mostly to the masses. Its music are exclusively Nigerian or African, little of European or American music makes it to the station's broadcast.
