Wav Gardn

Wav Gardn is a South African Neo Futuristic Soul band from Pretoria, Gauteng.

The band features lead vocalist Siiisa, music director, producer & curator
Johnny Basz, Finny the engineer & producer, Lungsta the keyboardist and drummer superstar Tumiso warmly known as De’tumi.

Their debut single “Umzi Watsha” which was released in August (2024), really helped cultivate a healthy following and listenership for the band, their latest Afro Jazz single “Dabawo (Rakgadi)” was released on the 2nd of May and it has been well received by their growing fan base which they have named the “Gardnrs” which is Gardeners.

Wav Gardn is home to the true self-reflection, warmth and kindness. The music they want to put out into the world is a synth wave of love and restorative experiences.

The band’s music is a blend & mixture of different genres including alternative, Afro-soul, R&B, African Folk & African Jazz.
