Wah Sa Halat Music Award is an award event catering to musicians from the Gambia. Its first edition was held in 2016, with rapper Bai Babu emerging big winner with four awards.
The award, which morphed from a radio show of same name, is sponsored by Africell Gambia Ltd, and spearheaded by Yasally Njie Colley, an on-air personality.
