Tolo Ratshefola

Tolo Ratshefola is an Artist Manager, Founder of Psychedlic Age and Co-founder of VIBE Creative Studios, an artist management and talent development agency based in Soweto, Johannesburg. He is dedicated to creating platforms for local artists to showcase their talents and is deeply passionate about discovering young creatives and nurturing them into future stars.  

His journey in the creative industries began in lower secondary school, where he staged school plays as an executive producer. During high school, he volunteered in numerous brand promotion activation projects with EXP Africa (Pty) Ltd, working with clients such as MTN and Absa. These experiences provided him with valuable project and people management skills, as well as exposure to diverse organizations and audiences.  

As an events promoter, Ratshefola has hosted initiatives such as 'Touch Kasi' at Bapedi Hall in Meadowlands Zone 3. He has also curated three editions of 'Kaizen Corner', a charity-driven event where ticket proceeds were donated to local NPOs.  

He currently curates and builds sustainable live music platforms such as the VIBE Artist & talent Development Workshop which aims to uncover and showcase local emerging talent, contributing to the growth and visibility of South Africa’s music and creative community.
