Tinashe Magacha

Tinashe Magacha, porpularly known as Captain T, is an upcoming musician who hails from Zimbabwe. He is young brother to gospel musician Sebastian. He began as a dancer and then became a drummer before end of last year with his seven-track gospel-dancehall album titled ‘Minana Kuti Zvityise’. His music is gospel which is sung in dancehall style. Tracks on the album include ‘Takaipa Takaipa’, ‘Mwari waBaba’taking to the microphone in 2009.

He came on the spotlight towards the, ‘Staira’, ‘Wangu’, ‘Pemberai’ and ‘Happy Birthday’.

In 2012, he collaborated with his brother on a gospel album that has songs such as ‘Mapostori’, ‘Pemberai’, ‘Tinopa Mbiri’, ‘NdiJesu’ and ‘Satan Imbabva’. In December that year, the twoseome released a live DVD recording of the album. In October 2014, he released a video for his single ‘Juzi’.
