TiiMaaney

Tiisetso Mathole, known in creative circles as TiiMaaney, is a cultural organiser, curator, and co-founder of The Perfect Noise Sessions, a live music platform that has become one of Botswana’s most consistent and diverse showcases for independent talent. Since its launch in 2018, Perfect Noise has grown into a vital hub for artists across genres — from hip-hop and Afro-tech to jazz, soul, poetry, and experimental sounds — providing both stage and community for emerging and established performers.

Mathole’s vision for Perfect Noise is rooted in inclusivity, artist development, and audience engagement. Under his leadership, the sessions have hosted more than 40 editions, celebrated milestones such as Pride showcases, anniversary concerts, and collaborative projects, while nurturing a space where music is not only performed but also documented and archived for cultural memory.

Beyond events, TiiMaaney is committed to building sustainable pathways for Botswana’s creative industry. His work includes production coordination, content strategy, and connecting artists with media platforms, partnerships, and opportunities for growth.
