Siham Ayele is a founding member of WAG Entertainment Agency with more than seven years experience in the fields of human resources, business development and event management. With her current position Program Director at Dereja.com, she brings the expertise on nurturing the talent of young people and designing better platforms for the Ethiopian artist community to grow in their careers.
At WAG Entertainment she focuses on partnership and engagement with the various stakeholders of the company as well as developing new business prospects.
