RUBEE AGWU

Uzoma Ruby Awa-Agwu, popularly known by her stage name “Rubee Agwu” is an uber gifted singer, songwriter, backing vocalist and performer who has made a name for herself as an Indie artiste in the Afro RnB space. Born in 1994 in Surulere, Lagos, Rubee and her twin Pearl started to explore music at an early age. Their teenage years saw them in the spotlight of music competitions and record label signings. Rubee went on to become a professional songwriter and Backing vocalist, working with several international artistes and bands and developing a burning desire to also put her name on her music. In a search for deeper understanding of HERSELF and her true musical expression, Rubee Agwu gives us front seat tickets on this solo journey of discovering HER sound.
