Raoul Rugamba is a Rwandan serial entrepreneur, based and operating in Kigali, Rwanda.
Raoul Rugamba, is the founder of two companies, a creative agency called Hobe Agency, working in two business sectors, the EdTech sector and the event management and production business. His second business is Africa in Colors, a cultural and creative ecosystem builder, working in three pillars, education, collaboration, and access to funding.
Africa In Colors was founded in 2018, and is currently a global network of 40 countries, allowing creatives, artists, investors, innovators, thinkers, have access to information, and opportunities in the space of the culture and creative industries, as well as market opportunities.
Raoul Rugamba has an extensive experience of more than 15 years in the space of tech, education, and entertainment.
