Bio
Mnqweno Mbune, known professionally as Prince Quality Rsa, is a hip-hop artist from Middelburg in the Eastern Cape. With over a decade of involvement in music, he has steadily developed his craft and built his presence within the local scene.
Prince began his journey in 2014 as a ghostwriter before transitioning into recording his own music in 2015 at Blaqsoundz. His debut track, “Homecoming”, featured Easy and Diba, marking his official introduction as a recording artist. In 2017, he released the single “Akukho Lula”, further establishing his voice and perspective within hip-hop.
Following a brief hiatus, he returned in 2020 with renewed focus, working on his first mixtape, 4TheCulture. In the same year, he co-founded a movement under the same name alongside Lungelo Kholwane (SlayBeats) and Anganathi Ngcokongca (Blunts). He currently serves as the founder and CEO of the 4TheCulture organisation, which aims to support and uplift emerging creatives.
In 2021, Prince released his first full EP, Thru 2 Myself, followed by several subsequent EP projects that expanded his catalogue and artistic range.
Over the past three years, he has participated in seven radio interviews and, in 2025, received three award nominations, signalling growing recognition within the industry.
