Paki Chenzu

Paki Chenzu is a rising rapper, singer, and songwriter from Togo, West Africa. His real name is reportedly Yawovi Komlan Cyrille, and he became popular through his energetic blend of rap, drill, afrobeat, and urban African music. 

He first gained attention around 2021 after releasing a remix of “KOKOKO” with Sethlo Officiel. Since then, he has built a strong fanbase with songs like:

“Kira”, “Millions Boy”, “Run For Money”, “Assaut” (with Himra)

His collaboration “Assaut” with Ivorian rapper Himra became a major hit across West Africa and gained millions of views online. 

Paki Chenzu is often called “Le Chef de Guerre” (“The War Chief”) because of his bold rap style and stage presence. He is considered one of the new faces of Togolese rap and Afro-urban music.
