Oluhle

Bio

Oluhle (real name Sukolunhle Ncube) is a Zimbabwean singer based in the UK who was born in June 1983. She spent a few years doing rap music with a UK producer called John Robinson. She was known then as Easy D. Robson suggested she has to consider singing instead. This prompted her to go for vocal lessons.

In 2009, she released a single ‘Fugama Unamate’. The song was a collaboration she did with DJ Qness. This was followed by another single titled ‘Zvinosiririsa’ (2009), a collaboration she did with Mzee. She has featured on Mzee Mahuwelele’s first single which saw her in her first ever music video of the track ‘Zvinosiririsa’. In that same year, she supported Oliver Mtukudzi and Malaika who performed at London’s Stratford Rex.

Some of the songs she has released are ‘If Only’, ‘Linda’, ‘Isikhalo Senhliziyo’, and ‘Yeyeye’. She has also shared the stage with Mafikizolo, Malaika, Zola, Simon Chimbetu and Splash. She has often performed at the Miss Zimuk event held every year in the UK. Whatever happened after that was just a turn for Oluhle and her new life as a singer song writer.
