Ngaara

Rwanda based creative artist Ngaara is ready to take on the world. Growing up in a close community, Ngaara was always an interactive and very curious child. He was largely influenced by Comic books and animated TV shows. He developed a passion for drawing through which he explored and found ways to uncover new things. This played a big role in inspiring his creativity as a young kid. Now at 21 years of age, Ngaara is tapping into the power of music to express himself while also inspiring the community he lives in and the world at large. In 2019 he recorded his first song named ‘’ Ad. (Interlude) ‘’ on an Antik Dust’s debut album titled 'EXIT' where they went on to collaborate on more tracks that have attracted a lot of attention in the Rwandan music industry like IBARE, Simby and many more. Collectively, alongside his fellow creatives NERIWEST and Mvfasta, they make up Antik Dusts. On 18th September 2020, Ngaara released his solo debut studio album AMARASO. Speaking about his songwriting Ngaara points out that he says a lot in his songs, that you’d actually have to pay attention to understand or feel with him. Ngaara describes his sounds as Lullabies, Chants, and complelling sounds that takes you away for a trip the moment you are tapped in.
