National Afrikaans Literary Museum (NALN)

Bio

Based in Bloemfontein, South Africa, National Afrikaans Literary Museum and Research Centre is an institute known for preserving work by prominent Afrikaans writers and overviews of the development of Afrikaans literature. The NALN is the repository of literary treasures, it has manuscripts, books and photographs. Committed to the NALN is a Music and Theatre Museum which has audio and sheet music archives.

NALN is opened to members of the public from Monday to Friday at 07h30am until 12h15pm and again at 13h00pm to 16h00pm. The museum is open from 09h00am to 12h00pm on Saturdays and closed on Sundays.
