Motiv Explor

Motiv Explor (born Philani Shozi) is a house artist and studio recording engineer from South Africa.
Motiv Explor relocated to Durban from Mtubatuba in 2013 to study Sound Engineering at Damelin College (in Durban) While studying he developed an interest in DJ’ing, Sound Mixing and Audio Engineer and bought his first CDJ 200 in 2014 and learned how to DJ using CDJ 200.

Also doing my production music as well. From there his passion for DJ’ing and being a Music Composer grew and soon he was playing at university parties, weddings, private parties, and popular nightclubs.

He play on a number s of local, community and festivals around the Country (South Africa). Numbers of interviews, newspaper story telling publications, few on music released with a greater feedback.

He won an award of a best producer of the year at MBA Award in 2018. Also released 2 Album.
