Misias

Misias Chinyama is an upcoming artist from Lilongwe, Malawi whose music interest began when he was a teenager. He is the fifth born in a family of six children. For his primary and secondary education, he attended Bvunguti and Ngala schools respectively.

His interest began to take shape in 2005 when he chose gospel music as a genre that would define his career. That same year he recorded a debut single titled 'Emmanuel'. The song was a fusion of gospel and reggae elements. The track lacked sponsorship and received no airplay.

Besides music, Misias is also a farmer and a devorted christian whose thrust is to spread the gospel of God through singing.
