Richard Owuraku Amofa born 25th February,1986 to Mr. Bismarck Amofa and Margaret Tweneboa. Minister Debraker is R&B and afrobeats artiste from Ghana. Minister Debraker was born and raised in Accra( Ghana) And attended St. Marry's Secondary school for his secondary education. He attended the Takoradi polytechnic to study technical but deferred because he had to pursue His career in music. He dropped the " Do the pumping" in the year 2013 and was selected among the top ten popular songs in (Ghana) in those days. The song hits across all over the Country. He terminated his contract with the L CUBE Record Label to form his own music group Minister’s Empire in the early 2017.
