Nompilo Hlongwa (3 May 1994), better known by her stage name Millow, is and Actor, RnB, Neo-Soul, and Hip Hop artist from iNanda, Durban . She is a former model

She started writing her own music around the age of 8 using the sounds of a toy instrument. She started performing poetry at the age of 6 and easily accumulated numerous speech and drama awards at these events. She has been in many choirs for most of her school career as well as a local church choir. As a result of her unique approach to writing, arranging melody and dramatic strong vocal presentation on stage, Millow was often made the lead singer in many of the choirs she was a part of. As and actor she has appeared in the short film 'Break in Transmission' by Kundai Vera in 2015.

Millow is signed to 4Sight Audio, under which she released the two singles 'Ring My Bell' and 'Homecoming' . She is currently working on her debut album 'Grey Area'
