Melyssa Dlodlo, professionally known as Melyssa, is a Zimbabwean R&B/Pop/Afropop artist known for her soulful voice, genre-blending sound, and captivating stage presence. Born in Harare, she has quickly risen as one of Zimbabwe’s most exciting contemporary artists — equally at home in studio and on stage.

Since her debut in 2018 with the single Ever Let Go, Melyssa has released a growing catalogue of music, including her debut EP Sensations, and fan favorites like Ndichadiwa, One Time, and Ita Zvawada — all of which have charted on local radio, sparked trends on social media, and earned award nominations.

She has collaborated with prominent Zimbabwean artists such as Tytan, Nyasha David, Delroy, and Takura — a testament to her growing influence and versatility within the industry.

With a natural gift for performance, she has graced major stages including Unplugged Zimbabwe, and recently shared the stage with Jah Prayzah. In 2025, she expanded her reach by performing in Johannesburg as part of a world tour headlined by a popular comedian — marking her first international appearance.

Melyssa fuses R&B with Afropop and other global sounds to create music that’s fresh yet relatable. Her work speaks across generations and communities, resonating with both urban and alternative audiences. She brings a distinct energy to the stage — intimate, expressive, and unforgettable.
