Mantenga Cultural Village

Bio

Mantenga Cultural Village is a living museum of old traditions and represents a classical Swazi lifestyle during the 1850s. It comprises 16 huts, kraals for cattle and goats, reed fences and other structures. The museum is used as a venue where people can learn how to sing, dance, grind maize, plaiting mountain grass and many other cultural activities.

They also offer a taste of local food and sometimes brew is made. The experience at this venue is both informative and memorable, a taste of true Swazi hospitality.
